P3 Logistic Parks in Madrid seeks a Marketing Specialist to join a high-impact team responsible for asset marketing, PR, digital campaigns, and event management. You will collaborate with leasing, asset management, and development teams to drive leasing objectives and market presence.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Asset Marketing: develop materials for logistics parks and opportunities; coordinate campaigns for leasing objectives; prepare presentations and promotional materials; ensure materials reflect project positioning.
• PR & Communications: support corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement; coordinate press releases and internal communications; ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Digital & Content Marketing: coordinate campaigns across websites, social media, email; create marketing content (brochures, videos, case studies) and monitor KPIs.
• Event Management: plan and execute exhibitions, conferences and customer events; manage logistics and post-event follow-ups; support customer engagement programs.
• Operations & Reporting: collaborate with cross-functional teams; support CRM/database management, lead tracking, and KPI monitoring.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Spanishteam in Madrid.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

Asset Marketing

• Develop andmaintainmarketing materials forlogisticsparks, available space, BTS opportunities, and development projects.

• Coordinate asset-specific campaigns to support leasingobjectives, occupancy targets, and customer acquisition efforts.

• Prepare presentations, leasing collateral, property fact sheets, digital listings, and promotional materials for prospective customers and partners.

• Collaborate with leasing, asset management, and development teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect project positioning and commercialobjectives.

PR & Communications

• Support the development and execution of corporate communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.

• Coordinate press releases, media relations, industry publications, newsletters, and internal communications activities.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across allcustomer, partner, and stakeholder touchpoints.

• Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and service providers to deliver effective communication campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Digital & Content Marketing

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and other online channels.

• Create and manage marketing content including presentations, brochures, videos, case studies, customer success stories, and promotional materials.

• Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, digital engagement metrics, and marketing KPIs tooptimizeeffectiveness.

• Support lead generation activities through targeted digital campaigns, content marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.

Event Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, conferences, networking events, customer events, and industry engagement activities.

• Manage eventlogistics, promotional activities, sponsorship opportunities, and post-event follow-up initiatives.

• Support customer engagement programs designed to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Coordinate participation in industry associations, trade shows, and market-facing events to enhance market presence and generate business opportunities.

Operations & Reporting

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, leasing, asset management, and development teams to support commercial performance and operational efficiency.

• Support lead tracking, CRM/database management, prospecting activities, and customer engagement initiatives generated through marketing campaigns and events.

• Track marketing campaign performance, lead generation metrics, customer engagement activities, occupancy indicators, and commercial KPIs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Up to 5 years of relevant marketing experience. Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role, ideally covering multiple marketing activities or channels.

• Strong ownership mindset and hands on mentality. Ability to take ownership of marketing tasks, coordinate projects, and manage external vendors.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and process accuracy.

• Understandingof business and commercial goals.Must have commercialunderstandingandbeable to helpwithleasing and asset managementactivities.Experiencewithcommercialorientedrolein thepastisa plus.

• Ability to work in an international team, initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, goal-oriented approach to work.

• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.

• Languages: Spanish (native or bilingual level), English (professional working level)
