Medtronic is seeking a Market Development Specialist to expand the adoption of Insertable Cardiac Monitors across Castilla-León, Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra and La Rioja. The role focuses on collaborating with clinicians to overcome access barriers and improve patient outcomes, with preferred locations in Valladolid or Salamanca and occasional European travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in a sales role within MedTech/pharma or clinical background in relevant areas.
• Clinical environment or medical technology sales experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of anatomy and medical technologies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Drive market development by expanding ICM use in clinics and centers across the territory.
• Optimize patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke and support centers of excellence.
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders along the patient pathway.
• Engage with local sales teams to raise awareness of clinical indications and economic value.
• Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement, and other teams to develop materials and programs.
• Partner with Sales and technical teams to ensure execution of CDS projects.
• Develop and execute annual regional market development plans with KPI tracking.
• Capture clinical, market, and competitive insights for the Strategic Marketing Team and represent the business at meetings.
