Medtronic is seeking a Market Development Specialist to expand Insertable Cardiac Monitors in Spain, focusing on Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke. The territory includes Castilla-León, Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra, and La Rioja; Valladolid or Salamanca are preferred locations with occasional European travel.

You will work with clinicians and KOLs, develop regional plans, and coordinate with sales, marketing, reimbursement to improve patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field.
• 5+ years in MedTech or pharmaceutical sales, or nursing/clinical background.
• Clinical environment or medical technology sales experience.
• Solid understanding of anatomy and medical technologies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Drive market development by expanding the use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) in clinics and centers.
• Develop patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke, establishing centers of excellence.
• Build and manage relationships with cardiologists, neurologists, nursing staff, procurement teams, and coding professionals.
• Partner with local sales to raise awareness of clinical indications and economic value through education and regional training.
• Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement, and other units to develop materials and health economic information.
• Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan with KPI tracking.
• Capture and report clinical and market insights to the Strategic Marketing Team and represent the business at regional and national meetings.
