Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Market Development Specialist to expand the adoption of Insertable Cardiac Monitors across the specified territory. You will collaborate with clinicians and healthcare teams to improve patient access and outcomes, while supporting regional and international programs.

Occasional travel within Europe is expected. The role requires a healthcare or business background, 5+ years in MedTech/pharma sales, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within MedTech/pharma, or nursing background in cardiology/neurology/etc., with interest in field-based commercial role.
• Professional experience in a clinical environment or in a medical technology sales role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development by expanding the use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors in clinics and centers, supporting broader product adoption and identifying new opportunities within the territory.
• Optimize patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke, developing centers of excellence with healthcare providers.
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders across the patient pathway.
• Partner with sales, training, and regional teams to raise awareness of clinical indications and economic value.
• Collaborate with marketing, reimbursement, and other units to develop materials and implement programs.
