Medtronic is seeking a Market Development Specialist to expand the adoption of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) across a defined territory in Spain. You will collaborate with clinicians, healthcare professionals, and local sales to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role focuses on developing centers of excellence, driving disease indication awareness, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Occasional European travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in MedTech/pharma or nursing in relevant domains.
• Clinical environment or medical technology sales experience.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and medical technologies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work in a large corporate environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive market development by expanding the use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) in clinics and new centers.
• Optimize and establish patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders across the patient pathway.
• Engage with local sales teams to raise awareness of clinical indications and economic value.
• Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement and other units to develop materials and programs.
• Partner with Cardiac Rhythm Management teams to ensure project execution.
• Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan with KPI tracking.
• Capture clinical, market and competitive insights for the Strategic Marketing Team.
