Medtronic is seeking a Market Development Specialist to accelerate the adoption of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) within the Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke patient populations across a broad Spanish territory. You will collaborate with cardiologists, neurologists, nursing staff, and procurement teams to improve access and patient care.

Preferred location is Valladolid or Salamanca, with a central base in the territory.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a sales role within MedTech or pharmaceutical industry, or nursing background in cardiology/neurology/etc.
• Clinical environment experience or medical technology sales experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Drive market development by expanding ICM use in clinics and new centers.
• Optimize patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke and support centers of excellence.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders across the patient pathway.
• Partner with local sales to raise awareness of indications and economic value through education and regional training.
• Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement, and other units to develop materials and programs.
• Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan with KPIs.
