Job summary

Seedtag, a leading Neuro-Contextual Advertising company, is seeking an Exchange Product Manager to join our Madrid team and shape the evolution of our Ad Exchange at a global scale.

You will drive market analysis, collaborate with partners and engineers, evangelize capabilities to publishers and clients, and own the roadmap for curation and self-serve Deal ID activation while continuously improving performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and track AdTech trends to guide strategy.
• Collaborate with Backend Engineers and Engineering Manager to plan MVPs and future iterations.
• Serve as evangelist for Seedtag capabilities to publishers, clients and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of the AdExchange by optimizing algorithms and experiments.
• Define and monitor product metrics, KPIs and the roadmap with the squad.
• Lead the evolution of the Curation platform and self-serve Deal ID activation for revenue growth.
• Reduce trading and activation time in the platform through automation and better UX.
