Qualifications

• Official vocational or higher education in relevant field (Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, HR, Business).
• Graduate contracts completed within the last 3 years (5 years if disability) to meet contrato formativo.
• Linguistic: fluent Spanish; English valued for guest-facing and corporate roles.

Responsabilités

• Carry out practical departmental tasks and administrative workflows aligned with your department.
• Complete personalized training roadmap with mentorship from assigned supervisors.
• Apply group quality protocols, safety guidelines, and service standards in daily duties.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on departmental initiatives and service reviews.
