Job summary

Fuerte Group Hotels invites motivated students to join its Hospitality & Corporate Internship Program across Spain. You will learn in resort operations, central services, or technical divisions while receiving one-on-one mentorship from day one.

You will support departmental workflows, participate in daily projects, and apply classroom theory to real-world luxury hospitality practices, launching a career in tourism and business.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in FP program, bachelor's or master's program.
• Eligible to sign an official internship convenio with your educational institution.
• Strong Spanish communication; English valued for guest-facing roles.
• Proactive, team-oriented, responsible and dedicated to learning.

Responsibilities

• Support frontline resort operations, corporate services, or technical projects.
• Learn directly in operational environments with dedicated mentors.
• Assist in daily projects and apply theory to luxury hospitality practices.
• Collaborate with departments to support workflows and service delivery.
