Fuerte Group Hotels invites motivated students to join its Hospitality & Corporate Internship Program across Spain. You will learn in resort operations, central services, or technical divisions while receiving one-on-one mentorship from day one.

You will support departmental workflows, participate in daily projects, and apply classroom theory to real-world luxury hospitality practices, launching a career in tourism and business.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in FP program, bachelor's or master's program.
• Eligible to sign an official internship convenio with your educational institution.
• Strong Spanish communication; English valued for guest-facing roles.

Your Mission: Practical Immersion & Professional Growth

Your primary goal involves building real-world industry expertise across your chosen field of study. To achieve this, you will learn directly within operational environments. At the same time, you will receive tailored guidance from dedicated industry mentors. Therefore, you will support departmental workflows, participate in daily projects, apply classroom theory to luxury hospitality practices, and hone your professional skills. As a result, you will maximize your potential and launch a successful career within the tourism and business sectors.

Available Placement Areas & Tracks:

• Hotel Operations & Front-of-House: Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service, Reception, Food & Beverage, and Accommodation Management.
• Leisure & Wellness: Entertainment & Activities (Animación), Spa, and Wellness Services.
• Commercial & Growth: Marketing, Sales, Contact Center Operations, and Revenue Management.
• Corporate Management: Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Legal, and Human Resources.
• Technology & IT: Systems Administration, Information Technology, and Digital Infrastructure.
• Facility Maintenance: General Maintenance, Equipment Servicing, and Technical Facilities.
• Technical Projects & Engineering: Architecture, Building Projects, and Industrial Engineering.

Available Training Locations:

• Resort Destinations (Cádiz, Huelva, Málaga & Ibiza): Benchmark properties including El Fuerte Marbella 5*, Amàre Beach Hotel Marbella, DAIA Conil, Fuerte Conil Resort, Fuerte Grazalema, Fuerte El Rompido, Amàre Beach Hotel Sancti Petri, Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza, and Olée Holiday Rentals.
• Central Corporate Services (Marbella): Strategic management departments within corporate headquarters.
• Technical Division: Direct engagement in active hotel construction, architecture, and engineering projects.

Who You Are: The Motivated Student Professional

• Academic Enrolment: You are currently enrolled in a Vocational Training program (Formación Profesional – Grado Medio o Superior), University Bachelor’s Degree (Grado Universitario), or Master’s Program.
• Internship Agreement: You are eligible to sign an official educational cooperation agreement (convenio de prácticas) with your educational institution.
• Linguistic Aptitude: You possess strong communication skills in Spanish; English and other international languages are highly valued for guest-facing roles.
• Key Competencies: You demonstrate a proactive learning mindset, enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, responsibility, and strong teamwork abilities.
