Job summary

The Pool Marbella in Marbella is seeking an on-site Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage bookings, and handle inquiries at the front desk. You will support couriers, mail handling, and basic clerical tasks while coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, fluency in English, and Spanish as an advantage. Part-time role with potential for full-time for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of clients.
• Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette in English & Spanish, including managing bookings via an internal CRM and meeting rooms.
• Solid clerical and administrative skills: data entry, scheduling, and handling of sensitive data and documents.
• Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site in Marbella with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Must have valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, deal with couriers and receive mail, and manage check-ins and meeting room bookings.
• Provide information about facilities and services and maintain a professional front-desk presence.
• Answer and direct phone calls; respond to inquiries in person and by email.
• Coordinate with other departments to support member and team needs.
• Perform basic clerical duties: filing, data entry, and handling physical mail and packages.
