Confidential employer in Mallorca is seeking a motivated Shop Assistant for a full-time role at their Son Ferriol location. You will support daily shop operations, assist customers, and oversee stock logistics on-site, with a 40-hour week and an 8:30–17:00 schedule including alternating Saturdays.

The role offers a permanent contract and a gross annual salary of 19,200 EUR. Ideal candidates will have Catalan comprehension, intermediate computer skills, and a valid Class B license with own

Formación

• Catalan comprehension for listening and reading.
• Intermediate computer skills for daily tasks.
• Valid Class B driving license and own vehicle required for commute.
• Good physical stamina for handling 25 kg bags.
• Proactive attitude, reliability and readiness for immediate onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Manage order intake and process store orders.
• Provide friendly customer service on the shop floor.
• Organize store displays, merchandise and stock areas.
• Handle stock replenishment and loading items (up to 25 kg).
• Use computer systems to track inventory and sales processes.
