GestPrivilege Spain in Palma de Mallorca is expanding its international team and seeking a Luxury Real Estate Agent to join on a full-time, self-employed basis.

You will identify premium residential properties across Mallorca, build relationships with international buyers and property owners, and develop a personal portfolio while enjoying professional marketing tools and the backing of a major luxury group.

Formación

• Self-employed status: registered as autónomo in Spain or willing to register before starting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and acquire premium residential properties across Mallorca.
• Build relationships with property owners and international buyers.
• Conduct property visits, market valuations and professional listing presentations.
• Develop your own pipeline of opportunities and manage client relationships.
• Organise and conduct property viewings and negotiate offers through to completion.
• Deliver a personalised, professional and discreet service.
