Isleño Island Homes in Mallorca is seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent to join a vertically integrated real estate company. You’ll sell our own renovated apartments to international entrepreneurs and remote professionals, with uncapped earnings potential and immediate start.

You will drive closings, act on market feedback, and contribute to selecting the next apartment we buy. Expect a fast-paced, data-driven environment on the island.

Responsibilities

• 08:30 — Daily team meeting.
• 09:00–11:00 — Call block with 20–30 calls every morning and CRM updates.
• 11:00–12:00 — Training & Deal Deep Dive with real call reviews.
• From 14:00 onwards — Client viewings, collaborator meetings and content creation.
