Job summary

Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Guest Experience Intern to support front office and guest services, delivering personalized, memorable experiences throughout the guest journey. This hands-on role offers exposure to guest engagement, service personalization, and cross‑department collaboration within a luxury resort environment.

The position requires current enrollment in Hospitality or related field, fluent English and Spanish, and the ability to work rotating shifts including

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism from arrival to departure.
• Assist in creating personalized guest experiences by identifying preferences and needs.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours, events and key personnel.
• Provide recommendations on local attractions, dining and experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with service recovery when needed.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, Housekeeping and F&B teams for seamless service.
• Support reservations, special requests, and coordination of guest experiences.
• Maintain a visible lobby presence and proactively offer help to guests.
• Assist with administrative and operational Guest Experience tasks as needed.
