Job summary

Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Reservations Intern to support the Reservations Department in managing guest bookings. This role offers hands-on experience in guest relations, hotel systems, and coordinating with various departments within a luxury hotel environment.

You will assist with processing reservations, communicating with guests in English and Spanish, and helping prepare daily reports while learning the core principles of premium service and reservation management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or related program.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing guest reservations accurately.
• Communicate with guests to confirm or modify bookings.
• Provide information on rates, room categories, promotions.
• Assist with daily reports and reservation data maintenance.
• Support coordination with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality in guest communications.
