Campdemar on Mallorca is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage smooth check-ins, and set the tone for a memorable stay. You will be the first point of contact, helping guests with bookings, local recommendations, and inquiries, while coordinating with housekeeping and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Experience at a hotel reception/front desk preferred.
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication.

• Handle smooth check-ins and check-outs and guest onboarding.
• Manage front desk operations and routine tasks reliably.
• Provide guests with local recommendations and island activities.
• Address guest feedback and collaborate with Guest Relations and management.
• Process bookings and assist with group reservations as needed.
