Job summary

Camp de Mar Hotel & Resort in Andratx on Mallorca is seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our international front desk team. This full-time role places you at the heart of guest relations, ensuring every visitor enjoys a memorable stay on the island.

You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, advise on island activities, handle inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B. Fluency in German plus English and Spanish, previous front desk experience, and a guest‑oriented

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel front desk or guest relations.
• Very good spoken and written German; good English and Spanish.
• Passion for hospitality and guest-oriented service.
• Reliable team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in/out, and provide hotel introduction.
• Manage front desk operations, calls, and admin tasks.
• Advise guests on island activities and local sights.
