Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Guest Service Intern to support front office and guest relations, delivering exceptional service across the guest journey. You will gain hands-on experience in check-in/check-out, concierge services, and service recovery, while learning luxury service standards.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration, with fluency in English and Spanish, and a willingness to learn and grow within a renowned luxury

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and guest inquiries.
• Support luggage handling and escort guests to rooms.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local area.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures.
