Four Seasons Mallorca invites applications for a Food & Beverage Administration Intern role designed to support the administrative and organizational functions of the F&B Department in a luxury resort environment. You will work closely with the F&B leadership team to develop administrative, operational, and communication skills while gaining experience in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with correspondence, scheduling, file organization, banquet material

Qualifications

• Education: Student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Administrative or hospitality-related experience is an advantage but not required.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative duties using Microsoft Office tools.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and departmental events.
• Organize files, records and office inventories for the F&B department.
• Collaborate with outlet teams to facilitate communication between operations and management.
• Prepare banquet materials such as menus, table tags, and signages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the F&B office and storage areas.
• Respond to guest and vendor inquiries professionally and timely.
• Compile meeting notes, reports, and other documents as assigned.
• Learn to handle reservation tools such as OpenTable and assist in tracking event inquiries or bookings.
• Support in special projects including menu updates, marketing materials, and data entry for initiatives.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of professionalism, organization, and service excellence.
