The role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and service excellence to boost efficiency and guest experience.

Responsibilities include assisting the F&B management team with scheduling, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating events, and keeping filing systems orderly.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience in hospitality environment preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the F&B management team, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and vendor communications.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to F&B operations.
• Coordinate special events and assist with logistics for F&B functions.
• Manage filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and accessible.
