Cbtalents is hiring a Portuguese & English Customer Support Representative to join its global team in an on-site role in Athens, Greece. You will help users via chat, email and phone, delivering exceptional service in a multicultural environment.

You will handle account settings, content inquiries and refunds; troubleshoot issues; review flagged content for compliance; and help identify phishing, spam and malware while maintaining high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Portuguese (C1 or native) and English (C1) proficiency.
• Strong written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic PC skills.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
