Cbtalents is seeking a Portugese & English Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Athens, Greece. You will handle inquiries via chat, email and phone, primarily in Portuguese and English, delivering high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Portuguese (C1 or native) and English (C1).
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

• Basic PC skills and typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have valid work authorization in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.Review flagged content to ensure compliance with community standards.
