Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, and order processing via phone and email.

Working remotely from Greece, you will communicate effectively, document issues in CRM, and maintain high service quality. A relocation package supports your move as needed.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
• B2 English proficiency for training, internal communication, and knowledge base access.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.

Job description

Work remotely from Greece while developing your career in customer support, and B2B customer experience.

Working Location: Greece – Remote. Working remotely from another country is not possible.
Work Model: Remote within Greece.Work anywhere in Greece.
Compensation: €1,045.72 gross/month (paid over 14-month)+ performance bonus upto 10% of the salary + relocation package
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts androtating shifts - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Relocation Package: flight ticket+2 weeks hotel accommodation + airport pick up + real estate fee coverage

Your Role
