Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a globally minded customer support agent to join a multicultural team. You will handle inquiries via chat, email and phone in Portuguese and English, assist with account settings, content questions and refunds, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a quality experience.

You will review flagged content for compliance, identify phishing or malware signals, and uphold high service standards in a dynamic environment. Valid Greece work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Portuguese (C1 or native) and English (C1) required.
• Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic PC skills and typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have valid work authorization in Greece.
