Merck Life Science in Spain is seeking a Maintenance Contract Specialist to manage the Service Contracts Renewal Process within the Milli-Q Field Service team. You will own renewals, prepare quotations, process POs, and promote additional services across customers and locations.

You will ensure data integrity in SMAX, coordinate with Field Sales and Field Service Engineers, and handle public tenders for Milli-Q contracts, consumables, and hardware.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Service Contracts Renewal Process from start to finish.
• Create renewal quotations, process contract POs, and coordinate with FSS/FSE for follow-ups.
• Maintain accuracy of service contracts across customers/locations in SMAX.
• Promote additional services to expand customer value.
• Draw up and supervise Public Tenders related to Milli-Q contracts, consumables, and hardware.
• Serve as the main contact for Clinical Key Accounts, supporting service and sales tasks.
