Merck Life Science is seeking a Field Engineer to perform service activities across a defined geographic area. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a wide range of products and equipment, and identifying and repairing failures.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive service excellence and support go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, has 1–3 years of field experience, and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Technical degree is required.
• 1–3 years of field experience or related area.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Familiar with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proactive to promote service activities, products and solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Install, troubleshoot and maintain equipment and products.
• Identify, analyze and repair product failures; order and replace parts as needed.
• Drive service activity strategy and support go-to-market with a strong Service Excellence value.
• Coordinate with Inhouse Service Center or senior technical staff on assignments.
