• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Organization.
• Experience or knowledge in maintenance services and customer support.
• Experience or knowledge in incident management, repairs, RMA processes, and equipment lifecycle support.
• Experience or knowledge in KPI management and follow-up.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.

We are looking for aMaintenance and Support Engineer with experience in maintenance services, customer support, incident management, repairs, RMA processes, lifecycle support, KPI monitoring, and logistics activities to join projects focused on ensuring the operational availability, supportability, and lifecycle management of equipment and systems within the space sector.

What will you do?
