This role involves building strong client relationships, managing project timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to define requirements. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in client-facing SaaS roles and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• Experience in SaaS ideally in a vertical market.
• Ability to manage time-based projects effectively.
• Ability to collect and analyze feedback for strategic insights.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with clients and internal decision makers.
• Manage client organizational structures to meet mutual goals.
• Ensure timely implementation cycle adherence with PMO.
