Job summary

Crisis24 in Madrid is seeking an Implementation & Solutions Consultant for Southern Europe to own the full implementation lifecycle for our clients in the region and serve as the technical reference for the sales team during pre-sales. You will lead onboarding from kickoff to go-live for new clients and significant upsells.

You will balance post-sales delivery and pre-sales support, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales.
Experience combining pre-sales technical activities and post-sales delivery is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering software implementations, ideally with large multinational organisations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations for new clients and significant upsells, from kickoff to go-live.
Act as the main point of contact for clients during implementation, setting clear expectations and keeping communication proactive.
Define and manage project plans, milestones and deliverables using Jira, Salesforce and Certinia.
Gather requirements, define success criteria and tailor the implementation approach to each client's objectives.
Share best practices to help clients optimise their use of the platform and realise its full value.
Monitor implementation health, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, ensure smooth handover to Account Management.
Partner with the regional sales team and Account Management on technical discovery, solution design and product demonstrations.
Support proof of concept activities and translate technical requirements into actionable implementation plans.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full Crisis24 solution portfolio for pre-sales and delivery conversations.
Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and configuration options.
Stay current on Travel Risk Management, Business Continuity and Critical Event Management best practices and data protection.
Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product and Engineering to ensure alignment from first technical conversation through implementation and beyond.
Share client and market feedback with Product and Sales to inform roadmap and GTM decisions.
Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed throughout both pre-sales and implementation phases.
Record client interactions, project status, and technical engagements in CRM and project tools.
