The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Site Leader for our Montmeló operation in Spain. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver safe, efficient operations aligned with business goals and drive operational excellence across functions and external partners.

You will develop the annual operating plan, manage budgeting and CAPEX, coach the plant and functional teams, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymers, materials, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in manufacturing leadership and 15+ years overall in chemical or related industrial operations.
• Process safety experience required.
• Strong people leadership and ability to drive team development and engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Montmeló site with focus on ethics, safety, high performance, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute annual operating plan aligned with AOP and functional operations.
• Coach and develop plant and functional teams; oversee budgeting, CAPEX, performance reviews, organizational design, and talent review processes.
• Drive the site's manufacturing performance across HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Capital, Continuous Improvement, Asset Efficiency, and Organizational Development.
• Build and strengthen functional excellence through collaboration with HSE, Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Operations Excellence, and other Centers of Excellence.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing technology to ensure seamless operations and on-time customer delivery.
• Partner effectively with business and commercial teams, demonstrating a business-driven mindset and a "one team" collaborative approach.
• Support CAPEX initiatives related to continuous improvement, maintenance, and capacity expansion.
