Acertto Talent Linkers partners with an established international media and marketing agency expanding into Spain to recruit a Managing Director for the Madrid office. The role requires strategic leadership, a strong Spanish advertising network, and an entrepreneurial approach to building the business.

The MD will define a three-year growth plan, own the P&L, recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team, and secure key client relationships while aligning with the global strategy.

Formación

• Minimum 12 years of experience in media/advertising or integrated marketing agencies.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing an office or unit.
• Proven P&L ownership and revenue growth track record.
• Strong network with brands, advertisers and senior decision-makers in Spain.
• Experience acquiring and managing strategic accounts.
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
• Willingness to work on-site in Madrid and travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the launch and growth of the Madrid office.
• Define a three-year growth plan with targets and structure.
• Own the P&L, drive revenue and profitability.
• Develop new business through an established client network.
• Negotiate and secure new commercial opportunities in Spain and abroad.
• Build and develop a multidisciplinary local team.
• Establish partnerships with media platforms including Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Coordinate with international leadership to align with global strategy.
