Mitsubishi Power EMEA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to strengthen our European IT capability from our Madrid office. This hands-on role spans servers, networks, user support and vendor management in a complex international environment.

You will work with the IT Manager, regional teams, external vendors and our Head Office IT in Japan. The position offers exposure to enterprise infrastructure and real responsibility from day one.

Formación

• Graduate level education or equivalent proven experience in an IT related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience in networking and server troubleshooting within a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and business software applications.
• A solid understanding of IT security, hardware safety, and data protection protocols.
• Fluency in business level English and ideally Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line IT support to end users via phone, email, instant messaging, and remote support tools.
• Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, business applications, printers, networks, and conference systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and endpoint devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating to second-line support where appropriate.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors to resolve technical issues and support procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, subscriptions, warranties, incidents, and technical documentation.
