Monex in Madrid is seeking an eager FX Sales Executive to manage relationships with existing clients and acquire new accounts across the corporate and institutional space.

You will work with the Dealing, Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence while promoting FX Spot, Forwards and Options solutions. The role requires a B2B sales background, excellent English, and the ability to navigate currency volatility with strategic advice.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales within a regulated financial services firm.
• Proven history of executive-level performance in commercial sales.
• Ability to articulate end-to-end sales processes.
• Strong sales techniques: persuasive, negotiation, closing.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance in a regulated environment.
• Some knowledge of FX products.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 360 sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Source leads and pitch to potential clients.
• Plan sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Deliver presentations and complete documentation.
• Own and implement sales strategies.
• Drive post-sale follow-up and upselling.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with trading team support.
