Humankind Global Recruitment is recruiting a Level 2 End User Support Specialist to join a Madrid-based IT services team. The role covers end-user support for internal staff and clients on-site, with ownership of tickets end-to-end within defined SLAs.

You will manage endpoint devices, meeting room systems and workplace tech, contributing to process improvements via automation while supporting JML activities across locations.

Formación

• Previous IT Support role experience (level 2 or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS; Linux is a plus.
• MDM experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end support tickets within defined SLAs.
• Maintain endpoint, meeting room and workplace technologies across offices and locations.
• Perform joiner/mover/leaver (JML) activities per processes.
