Turner & Townsend in Madrid seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will lead the project team, coordinate activities, and ensure delivery standards align with client objectives.

Responsibilities include strategy definition with the Client and Project Director, implementing PM procedures, and maintaining risk and cost controls, while reporting monthly status to stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Approx.10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in construction or similar projects.
• A thorough understanding of the full project life cycle from inception to closeout.
• Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Familiar with MS Project, BIM platforms, and Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project team daily and coordinate all activities.
• Be responsible for achieving client objectives and delivery standards.
• Define and implement project development strategy with Client and Project Director.
• Identify and implement project-specific procedures for successful delivery.
• Prepare Monthly Project Status Reports to client and leadership team.
