Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Project Manager to lead a data hall fit-out in Madrid. You will oversee pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and close-out phases, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards for a global technology client.

The role requires strong MEP knowledge, a degree in Construction Management or related field, 5–10 years of PM experience in data centres, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of MEP construction and building systems (HVAC, electrical, generators, fire, security, BMS).
• Qualified in project management, engineering, or construction.
• 5–10 years of PM experience in Data Centre or similar technical environment.
• Understanding of total project life cycle from inception to post-project review.
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Availability for on-site work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead MEP pre-construction activities including design constructability, design procurement and contracts, scheduling and budgeting.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure on-time delivery within budget and high quality standards.
• Manage MEP system installations and alignment with design intent.
• Coordinate with design team, client, and contractors; oversee RFIs and submittals; ensure safety compliance.
