Turner & Townsend is a global professional services firm seeking a Senior Project Manager for a luxury residential project in Madrid. You will manage brand liaison, develop the project execution plan, and lead a multidisciplinary team including designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-end residences.

Strong leadership, English fluency, and a proven track record in luxury Spanish projects are required.

Formación

Construction-related degree required.
Minimum 5 years of construction and project management experience.
Experience on luxury residential projects in Spain.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with MS Project, Office, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate brand requirements and liaise between the developer and the brand.
Lead the overall project execution plan including critical success factors and KPIs.
Implement controls for quality, health and safety, change, risk and environment issues.
Maintain project reporting, governance, processes and systems.
Prepare schedules in MS Project and/or P6, track baselines and critical path.
Lead the project team including stakeholders, consultants, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including RFPs and evaluations.
Monitor finances and report progress against budget.
Facilitate regular meetings and ensure effective information flow across stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
