Turner & Townsend in Madrid is seeking a Project Manager to lead retail and office projects in the city. The role requires strong coordination skills, an engineering background, and fluency in English to communicate with international clients and lead technical meetings.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a degree in Building Engineering or related fields, and a solid understanding of health & safety and sustainability standards.

Formación

• Experience: at least 5 years in fit-out retail and office projects.
• Education: relevant degree in building/construction fields.
• Proficiency in English for client communications and meetings.
• Knowledge of on-site health and safety and sustainability standards.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, cost, and manage risk across the project lifecycle from design to completion.
• Coordinate design and engineering teams and client/suppliers.
• Prepare minutes, reports, and documentation for client updates.
• Solicit bids from contractors and technical teams when required.
• Provide technical guidance during the pre-project phase (space leasing).
