Celonis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern for 12 months in Madrid. You will learn global talent operations, interview logistics, ATS administration, and scaling hiring across business units.

You will schedule complex interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain databases like Greenhouse and Workday, while delivering a professional candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.

Formación

• Graduated university degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or Psychology; Master’s in HR Management preferred.
• Strong communication and fast-moving candidate timelines require a hands-on mentality.
• Eye for detail with structured, independent work ethic to handle high-volume logistics.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize scheduling and pipeline deadlines.
• Willingness to shape, automate, and optimize processes; interest in AI tools or automated scheduling is a plus.
• Proficiency with IT tools and global recruitment platforms; fluent English and Spanish for global interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Master end-to-end logistics and scheduling of complex global interviews across time zones.
• Support candidate pipeline operations for fast-growing global departments.
• Manage a high and scaling volume of global scheduling requests.
• Maintain recruitment databases such as Greenhouse, Workday, Make, etc.
• Elevate candidate experience by acting as the main contact throughout the interview lifecycle.
• Support other teams within the Service Delivery team.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure candidate data integrity.
