KONE in Madrid is offering an internship in Talent Acquisition where you will learn from day one and contribute to end-to-end recruiting. You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, and support assessments while developing professional skills in a global company.

The role offers flexible timing to fit studies and potential incorporation based on performance and internal availability, with a focus on safety, sustainability and innovation.

Formación

• Student in HR, business, or related field.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with university.
• Good level of English; Portuguese or Italian is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Business partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand talent requirements
• Deliver talent acquisition services: Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessments
• Handling end to end recruitment cycle
• Participate in building talent pools
• Collaborate with the rest of the HR Team in Portugal and Italy so it is mandatory to have a good level of English. Portuguese or Italian language skills are an asset.
