Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a Madrid-based role requiring native Italian with fluent Spanish and English, plus strong Excel skills. You will engage healthcare professionals for market research, manage study logistics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a multi-country setting.

You will recruit doctors for studies, manage invitations and follow-ups, and ensure deadlines are met while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, bilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual level of Italian is required.
• Very high level of Spanish and English is required.
• Good skills with Microsoft Excel.
• Very good communicator.
• Past experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work in a multitask environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit target doctors and follow-up on their participation in market research studies via different means of communication (phone, email).
• Assist with project set-ups and field analysis.
• Take needed actions to invite and follow-up HCPs to ensure study progress as per given deadlines.
• Increase doctor’s engagement.
• Prepare sample lists.
• Manage invitation templates.
• Promote HCP collaboration in market research studies based on established standards.
• Initiate follow-up calls with HCPs to achieve maximum rate of return or additional information.
• Take care of customer service with HCPs.
• Run pilot projects and recruitments for qualitative studies.
• Transition doctors to the official Incentive Program and support implementation of adaption to Local Fiscal / Legal regulations.
• Investigate, resolve and process panel incentive issues within defined guidelines in order to facilitate timely receipt of compensation.
• Effectively work and communicate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team.
