Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a role in Madrid to build a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, invite them to studies, and maintain engagement with participants through calls and follow-ups.

The role requires French native language and strong English for trainings and internal communications. Attention to detail, organization, and professional communication are essential; prior multinational experience is a plus.

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience in multinational corporations is advantageous.
Duties may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using different channels and arguments.
