Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-native recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. Your main focus will be to build a stable panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging participants and maintaining up-to-date records.

You will contact doctors by phone and email to invite participation, coordinate follow-ups, and strive for high engagement rates across diverse healthcare professionals. English proficiency and strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would include translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
