GDELS Santa Barbara Sistemas is seeking an IT M365 Expert to design, develop, and operate our cloud-based Modern Workplace environment built on Microsoft 365. You will ensure secure, efficient, and high-performing digital workplace solutions across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
You will collaborate with IT Security and Networking, drive governance, automation with PowerShell and Graph API, and oversee lifecycle management of M365 workloads in a large
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
- 5+ years as a System Engineer with a focus on Microsoft M365.
- Strong IT security, Zero Trust, and cloud governance knowledge.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Graph API.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Responsabilidades
- Own core Microsoft 365 platform and oversee Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
- Operate, maintain, and optimize M365 workloads for availability and performance.
- Configure tenant-wide settings, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Provide guidance on Teams governance, channels, and app policies.
- Collaborate with IT Security, Networking, and Architecture teams.
- Develop automation solutions and drive feature adoption.
