GK Software seeks a senior Microsoft 365 leader to own and reshape GK's M365 ecosystem. You will define governance, drive Copilot adoption, and ensure data classification and compliance across the tenant. You will lead change management with hands-on training, documentation, and measurable uptake.

Based in Europe and eligible to work remotely, you will work 100% remotely within Europe, collaborating with teams across regions to deliver scalable, governance-driven solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 in PO/lead roles.
• Governance, compliance and data protection experience.
• Rollout and adoption planning expertise.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.
• Based in Europe and eligible to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Own and shape GK's Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Design governance frameworks and naming conventions.
• Drive rollout and adoption of Copilot.
• Establish data classification and compliance with Purview.
• Own Teams and the broader collaboration stack.
• Lead user-centric change management with training and docs.
• Think strategically to create business value and sequence changes.
