Qualificações
- Advanced English, comfortable on live calls and reading contracts.
- Proven negotiation experience in any domain.
- Preference given to candidates with iGaming M&A experience, or overall SEO-related/digital M&A experience.
- SEO experience required.
- Schedule flexibility for cross-timezone seller calls.
- Direct experience evaluating, buying, or selling content websites.
- Exposure to iGaming, affiliate, or digital publishing.
Responsabilidades
- Full acquisition lifecycle - qualified lead to signed deal.
- SEO evaluation of targets - assess health and next steps.
- Lead due diligence with internal legal/tech teams.
- Live/async negotiations with sellers across time zones.
- Present go/no-go recommendations with financial/strategic case to leadership.
