Sea Recovery seeks an experienced Centre / Hotel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a premium residential recovery centre in Sotogrande. You will own the entire residential and hospitality operation, ensuring accommodation, staff, meals, transport, wellness activities and external appointments run smoothly around each client’s programme.

• Significant management experience within luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, private residences, wellness retreats or premium residential services.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex daily operations.
• Experience working with HNW/UHNW international clientele.
• Excellent organisational and scheduling abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive when circumstances change unexpectedly.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong professional boundaries and sound judgement.
• Absolute discretion, confidentiality and integrity.
• Fluent professional English; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are an advantage.
• Previous experience within addiction recovery, mental health or trauma-informed environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the complete day-to-day operation of the centre and residential properties.
• Maintain exceptional standards of accommodation, housekeeping, presentation, maintenance and guest service.
• Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, transport and other operational services.
• Identify operational problems early and resolve quickly and professionally.
• Support smooth and discreet client arrivals, stays, transitions and departures.
• Maintain a calm, structured, predictable and supportive residential environment.
• Ensure every client receives a highly personalised level of service with appropriate professional boundaries.
• Monitor client experience from an operational perspective and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Lead and supervise the centre’s hospitality, client-support and operational teams.
• Organise rotas, responsibilities and daily priorities.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members where required.
• Establish clear standards of professionalism, discretion, communication and client boundaries.
• Coordinate the operational delivery of wellness and non-clinical services.
• Ensure external providers meet Sea Recovery’s standards and address deficiencies promptly.
• Coordinate meal times and dietary needs with client programmes.
