Lanserhof Marbella invites an experienced restaurant operations leader to join our luxury wellness hospitality team. You will oversee dining services for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, lead a high-caliber F&B team, and ensure adherence to dietary plans prescribed by physicians while maintaining the Lanserhof standard of service.

The role emphasizes warmth, discretion, and impeccable manners, with responsibilities including scheduling, SOP development, budget oversight, and close collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Review and lead restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence.
• Manage breakfast, lunch and dinner service with dietary guidance from physicians.
• Set up dining areas and seating plans; supervise mise en place duties.
• Ensure compliance with dietary plans and physician instructions.
• Develop schedules, SOPs, job descriptions and training for staff.
• Review invoices and monitor departmental budgets.
• Ensure hygiene, health and safety standards are met.
• Organize team meetings and staff briefings.

What does the role involve?

In this position of responsibility, you will take charge of our restaurant operations and ensure excellent service of the highest standard. As an inspiring leader, you will nurture and develop your team with passion and, together, create an environment characterised by warmth, professionalism and the highest quality of service. With your keen understanding of our guests, strong organisational skills and a clear commitment to quality, you will ensure that all service processes run smoothly and make a significant contribution to an exceptional guest experience. In doing so, you will embody the values and holistic ethos of the Lanserhof Concept every single day.

Your responsibilities:

• Welcome newly arrived guests and introduce them to the principles of dietetics, including guidance on proper chewing techniques.
• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in accordance with the dietary levels prescribed by the responsible physician, ensuring the highest service standards at all times.
• Set up and prepare dining tables, including all mise en place duties and seating plan arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with guests’ individual dietary plans in close coordination with the treating physician.
• Create work schedules, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job descriptions, and training programs for restaurant staff, ensuring a high level of understanding of the Lanserhof Concept.
• Review invoices and monitor departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with corporate hygiene, health, and safety standards throughout the department.
• Organize team meetings, briefings, and operational staff gatherings.

We are looking for

• Has completed professional training and gained several years of experience within an international luxury hotel chain, holding positions in the Food & Beverage (F&B) department.
• Demonstrates excellent proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Handles challenges with confidence and independence, always maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Exercises the utmost discretion and consistently displays impeccable professional manners.
• Quickly identifies and implements appropriate solutions, supported by outstanding organizational and communication skills.Is distinguished by a consistently warm, charming, and approachable demeanor.
