Lanserhof Marbella offers a role as Engineer Assistant Manager to support the Head of Technical Services in ensuring safe, sustainable operation of our premises. You will help organise and develop the technical department, coordinating processes to meet Lanserhof's high standards.

You will take responsibility for day-to-day operations, stand in for the Chief Engineer when required, and collaborate with all departments to enhance guest experience and operational safety.

Formación

• Professional training in a relevant technical field or at least three years' demonstrable experience in the technical maintenance of buildings and facilities and in the medical and hospitality sectors.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Strong IT skills, especially MS Office, and a sound technical understanding.
• Performance-oriented mindset with a cross-departmental perspective.
• Reliability, organization and commitment; ability to handle varied tasks.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure operational readiness and reliability of technical installations and systems.
• Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair on building equipment in hotel and medical areas.
• Monitor and supervise building management and control systems.
• Coordinate external service providers and contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections and support the Facility Management team.
• Organize day-to-day operations and handle administrative office tasks.
• Act as deputy to the Head of Department during absences.
